Refund policy
At PetitPyla, we want you to love what you purchase from our site, and if you don’t, we offer easy returns for eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is free of charge for you, but to help us and the smooth work of the warehouse, we charge 10% of the total value of the item, returned for restocking fee. From return and refund the final sale items are excluded. Our Decorative Hot air Balloons are excluded from return. Purchases outside of the USA are also excluded from return, exchange or refund in case of lost packages. Thank you for your understanding.
